Founded and directed by Traci Willis, an IB Global WS Programme Leader, Trainer and Educator with an IEMA Master's in Leadership & Change (Cum Laude), this unique Collective is built on her 20+ years designing and leading professional development for more than 23,000 adults across education and corporate sectors.
Traci's belief that learners must remain at the centre of every decision shapes a Collective committed to reflective, collaborative and inquiry-driven practice, helping educators and leaders design experiences that are challenging, authentic, accessible and contextually relevant.
This same conviction extends beyond the classroom through her role as Director of Solution Seekers Solv-a-thon, where she channels collective intelligence and youth empowerment into real-world problem-solving grounded in the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
